Qingdao Xinlongyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, is an enterprise with two-class qualification integrated the development, investment, operation and construction. Taking the talented as root and stressing on the actual effect, the company has built up sound, scientific management system, and possessed holding property, hotel and business & trade company.

Since its establishment, the company has taken “endless pursuit, credit everyday” as tenet to do business with credit, so we got expanded and strengthened, and made a sound economic & social benefit. In 2001, we passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, and were awarded “SATIFACTORY HOUSE ENTERPRISE” in Qingdao by Municipal Construction Committee, etc.; in 2002, “China AAA Credit Enterprise” by China Credit Valuation Center; in 2005, “PROVICIAL CREDIT-KEEPING ENTERPRISE” by Shandong provincial industrial & commercial bureau.

So far , the company has developed Xinhai Garden, Xin-long-yuan Garden, Century Garden, etc. projects, and the excellence rate is up to 100%, of which “Century Garden” project was awarded “Top Buildings of Community Planning “and “2000—2005 Qingdao Satisfactory Resident Community” in the resident building fair in 2003, “The First Real Estate Oscar”.
